When we opened our business in April, 1979,
we had just one thing in mind and that was
to meet the delivery needs of the rapid
growing northwest area in a way that would
set us apart from our competition. We
defined some manageable boundaries for our
initial
service area – U.S. 290 to Lake
Houston- and then followed a careful
expansion strategy as we met out business
goals.
We
survived the widening of FM 1960 and an
economic downturn. In fact, we’ve watched a
lot of things in our community change over
the years but, through it all, we have
remained committed to our original
objective: providing prompt, courteous,
cost-efficient messenger and delivery
service.
This commitment to quality has allowed us to
grow right along with the community we
serve. Our drivers – some of whom have been
with us for many years – take pride in
meeting, or exceeding, out client’s
expectations. That’s something companies in
this line of business may aim for but rarely
ever achieve… just ask the customers who
were temporarily lured away by promises of
rock-bottom prices, but soon came back for
the service competitors just could not
deliver.
We have built our business on being honest
with our customers and making only those
promises we can keep. We are keenly aware
that, if you call us and we let you down, we
may never get another opportunity to prove
what we can do. So, that premise is the
foundation for our standard of service…
we think of each delivery as our ONLY chance
to earn client’s business.
